This PVC sheet is a good quality with a fine finish. The finished side is covered with a fine sheet of plastic sheet to protect it from scratches. I am using this PVC sheet on my CNC Router. The material cuts well using both a .0625 and a .125 end mill. I am cutting at a slow speed and low RPM to avoid burning. I have been cutting some Christmas ornaments

18 INCH X 24 INCH X 0.118 INCH FORM PVC RED SHEET I'm anxious to decorate this Foam PVC Sheet. This is a beautiful, very vivid color. I can see how it will bring any craft or hobby project to life. It is light weight and can be used so many different ways. It will be great for any interior decorations or home improvements. This sheet can be very easily cut using conventional tools. I believe my electric tool, similar to a scroll saw, will cut this like butter. You can also glue with any adhesive that is suitable to use with PVC. I have used E-6000 and Gorilla Glue on some projects made from PVC. This comes in a large variety of colors and sizes. Palight is a name you can count on. I would recommend this PVC Foam Red Sheet to everyone. I guarantee you will love the vivid colors they come in. I especially like the light-weight of this product. If you would like to see more colors and read more information go to; The Home Depot and key model # 156243.

Corvette Red! The product itself is a great product with many uses and is very strong material. My wife makes handbags at home for craft sales. She cut pieces to fit in the bottom of the bag to give them support. I have red, black and yellow so she can use for different fabric. not that color matters since it lays in the bottom of bag. I attached some photos and one shows how thick all three pieces are. That is my little finger, which is slightly larger than all three pieces together. One side comes covered in a plastic film to keep it scratch free. The colors are very vivid and look like Corvette car colors. If you are going to make some children's furniture, this would be great to use as a top cover since it is waterproof. You can scratch it with your finger nail, so be careful what you use it for.

I build model boats, and I thought I'd try this PVC foam board as an alternatate to 1/8" plywood. Cost for the PVC board is a bit higher - about $2.50/sf for the PVC vs $1.75/sf for the plywood. Costs vary a lot depending on source and quantity, so isn't really a deciding factor. The PVC board is slightly lighter than plywood - about 75% the weight for the same area. The PVC board glues well with CA adhesive (I used Gorilla brand), both face to face and edge to face. Bonding seems better than with the plywood which seems to absorb the glue into the grain. I didn't try using the cement for PVC pipe on the foam board, but it would be worth trying. Biggest difference I noticed is in the flexibility of the material - the PVC foam board is VERY flexible in bending. For my use, I can see places where this would be a good thing (structures with curved sides) and other places where it would not. But do give it a try for your application. Another big plus to this stuff is that it doesn't require any treatment or coating for water resistance. This material could be a great backing for outdoor signs with either printed lettering or applied vinyl.

This material is a bright red flat sheet of PVC. It is somewhat flexible and can be cut and drilled using standard wood working tools. I cut it with a table saw, circular saw, chow saw, and jig saw (fitted with a smooth cut blade) and got good results with all the tools. You can also drill can holes, but you do have to remember not to use too much pressure.

I use foam sheets for backer material on framing projects. It can deform if not handled carefully and can be difficult to re-use. This Foam PVC red sheet is much more stable for this application. It is a bit more difficult to cut, but with tools found in a basic wood-shop, it does not present with that much difficulty. I haven't seen it on the market as yet.

I have used this only for gluing up smaller assemblies on my work bench or table saw. My purpose was to avoid glue spills on either surface, and the sheet works perfectly for that purpose. It's bright red, so there isn't much chance of misplacing it (stands out like a sore thumb), and wood glues won't stick to it. Glue spills peel right off of the surface. The only change I would consider (if I were the manufacturer) would be to round off the corners just a bit. They are very sharp, and if you're not careful, you can scrape yourself pretty easily. I might use a file or rasp to "ease" the corners just a bit.

The sheet is a relatively sturdy plastic material. It has a film on it to prevent marring the surface while it is in storage or while it is being put together for a craft project. I am currently using it as a back splash for a utility sink, and it works great. This application may be temporary as I can see it being used for drawer spacers in my tool box.

My wife and granddaughters loved these sheets. The foam sheet ended up being carpet for a doll house. Other parts of the sheet ended up being used for contructing several small toys. Before the grandkids started cutting the sheets, my wife used the complete sheet as a base for a placemat on our table. It works perfectly and provides a smooth level serface for the place setting. I have already been instructed to purchase a set of 10 for her use.

This colorful red PVC sheet provides a flexible sheet for various projects. I used part of my sheet to make the top of a home made safety guard for an old fan belt-driven belt/disk sander. The motor is mounted on the table with a fan belt running between the motor pulley to the tool's drive pulley (between the disk and belt). This area is dangerous, so a safety guard is needed. The red color provides a nice visual warning and keeps fingers and wood away from the pulley and fan belt.
