How much do they charge to put it together in the house
Can the grill be painted?
What size light bulbs do you use to replace?
There are no bulbs in this unit as we use a MaxLite LED chipset. Replacement units can be found a Panasonic Encompass Parts.
Does the WhisperFit DC have a light?
The FV-0511VFL1 would be the lighted version. Please note the version with condensation sensor does not have a lighted version.
Can you remove the fan without breaking the temporary restraining clip? I haven't installed this yet, but want to know how to get it out if I need to. The clip seems to be one direction only.
Yes, the clip can be accessed from inside the can to help with motor removal if needed.
The fan has not turned off since we installed it. What should we do?
The model number that you have attached this lead to is for a standard on/off unit meaning that when the switch is in the off position the fan should be off. If the fan is running when the switch is off then there would be a problem with switching or wiring. If this is a different model with a condensation sensor then the problem could be in the adjustment level of the sensor where as setting the unit to a higher humidity setting will take more humidity to force the fan on and will dry out and shut off sooner. There is also the possibility that the red signal wires if not being used are capped together under one wire nut locking the fan into high speed. Please separate the wires and cap them individually and the fan should shut down to standby mode.
I understand this unit is intended to have the speed set on installation and then left alone. Are there any other models that support selecting the fan speed at the switch instead so it can be increased/decreased at will?
No, we do not have a unit that is set for demand control.

No, the FV-0510VS1 does not have a built-in humidity sensor. It does, however, offer selectable airflow options (50, 80, or 100 CFM). The FV-0511VFC1 model does have a condensation sensor.
The FV-0510VSC1 would be the humidity sensing version of the Whisper Value.
