I read past reviews and would kind of snicker at the ones that said the "holes dont line up" thinking that some sort of assembly issue on there part . Well guess what? THE HOLES DONT LINE UP!!!!!!. It was very frustrating to put it together. When it came to the roof I was at my wits end I couldn't get the lock down pieces to catch. I called customer service and they were so great. They over night a piece that I stripped because of the holes not lining up. And worked with me to get the panels to lock down. The key is a rubber mallet as your supposed to bang them down (dosent say that in directions) anyway besides the assembly being a nightmare I love it now. Again, amazing customer service and awesome looking gazebo

First off, don't buy this product if you don't have patience and you don't like putting a million...
First off, don't buy this product if you don't have patience and you don't like putting a million pieces together. I initially thought about giving this product 3 stars because the instructions were a bit complicated and the overall material seemed a bit flimsy for the price that we paid. I decided to give this product a 4 star review because of the exceptional customer service over at Paragon. We received a few pieces that were bent and Paragon immediately shipped us replacement parts and extra screws. They also walked us through a few issues we had with getting the top of the gazebo to connect properly to the slats on top. We definitely recommend securing this to firm ground or concrete with the bolts it comes with. After getting it properly set up it looks really nice and we have gotten many compliments about it.

net was not correct and we had to call company...
net was not correct and we had to call company to get another mosquito netting. the holes don't all line up when you are putting frame together. thought the roof part would be a bit better made and not just like Plexiglas. For the amount this cost I expected better product. For the price too, I would have hoped solid panels would come with it along with the mosquito net.

It came with a few dented pieces, but it also includes touch up paint which is nice. The canopy is water tight but doesn't provide shade since it's a fairly clear plastic material, so you'll still need to install a sun shade. Overall it's beautiful, strong, and worth the money

The gazebo kit is fully satisfactory. There were no missing parts in the kit: a few extra screws/bolts are included in case of accidental loss. Assembly is straightforward as all of the screw/bolt holes were accurately drilled. Not sure how long the polycarbonate roof panels will last. Good product.
