The gazebo's instructions were excellent, even to telling you what step each part was used in. The customer service is excellent and very helpful. The gazebo appears to be well built.

    I love my Paragon Gazebo
This gazebo is just as pictured onsite. Hire 2 man to fix and 3hours they were done. I like that rain done not seat on it and the aluminum is very strong I screwed the bot to my concrete.

      Exactly what I wanted
This gazebo is sturdy and well built. The directions are pretty simple to follow if you take your time. My teenage son and two of his friends had it put together in 6 hours. I’d just recommend you read the post dimensions carefully as they are not the same as the top so your slab/deck space may not be exact fit. Overall well worth it!

The gazebo is a great fit for our home. The gazebo took 12 hours to assemble between two (2) people. The instructions were not very accurate and the illustrations were somewhat misleading. When preparing for assembly, take into account the placement of each pillar and the direction of each pillar before attaching the top supports. This will help you save time. Much of our time waste was spent on concrete drill bits for the concrete anchors and the fact that it is recommended to add pee gravel to the interior of each post. Overall, it looks great and are happy with the outcome.

It took longer to put together than it said but the finished product is worth it. My family loves spending time outside now. Mine doesn't leak and is very sturdy. The mosquito net was a disappointment when we opened it. You have to drill your own holes to hang the track. We used heavy duty velcro and it works great.

        great gazebo
The finished product is great. Couldn't have asked for a nicer gazebo. That being said, putting it together sucks. Instructions are a little confusing but not horrible. Be careful screwing into the prethreaded holes. If you're not perfectly straight, they break. Still have to attach the mosquito netting, it would have been nice if holes were pre-drilled for instilation

This is truly a beautiful & sturdy gazebo. You need to be ready to take your time with assembly. Read through each step of the instructions a few times to make sure pieces are aligned the correct way. The instructions for the netting kit require some imagination but again, take your time and it will work out. With the roof panels being white on the inside, it feels cooler underneath and by adding string lighting it can be nice & bright for evening entertainment.

Roof seams leak and it appears some panels are beginning to crack maybe due to the intense summer sun here in South Carolina. Certainly not worth the $2500 I paid for it. Am disappointed this 73 year old man is going to have to partially disassemble the gazebo roof to get the leaks under control.

The gazebo arrived on time with all the required parts.. We figured out that assembling instructions from Home Depot website on this product description is not correct. Even the parts inventory didn't match properly. We got the proper instructions from Paragon Outfoor website - https://www.paragon-outdoor.com/product-page/durham

This is actually our second gazebo the first one was quickly removed by a tornado last year. After cleaning up we decided to just go with the same gazebo as before because we liked it so much and anchor bolting could be reused without needing to drill more holes in the concrete pad. Shortly after starting assembly we realized that the new gazebo was larger by 8" so re-drilling some of the anchors was required. All in all this gazebo goes together pretty quickly and a majority of it can be put together by a single person. 2 people are needed to set the beams to the post and fit the roofing panels but certainly the rest of it is a one person job. The Good: Quality is good and fitment is very good if properly squared and leveled. This is pretty important when comes time to put the roof together as there is very little if any adjustment. It's very sturdy wind and weather resistant unlike the inexpensive cloth top gazebos or popups. Mostly aluminum construction but the main beams and rafter fillers are steel. Hardware is ok and all metric hex drive so do yourself a favor and get the appropriate sized metric thread tap as you will need to clear the powder coating from some of the threads. The Bad: Missing parts! We ordered this gazebo with the mosquito netting unlike the last gazebo but when it came time to install it half of the track rail that supports the netting was missing. There should be 8 rail pieces we only received 4. The box was undamaged and still sealed upon arrival at Home Depot for pick up so it's pretty obvious that it was not packed correctly. Home Depot pretty much told me "Best of luck Pal" you got the product we got your money unless you want to return it end of story contact the manufacture. No reply from the manufacturer. I am not taking the gazebo apart and driving 70 miles to return it so I'm stuck with a $200 adder mosquito netting kit I cannot use - most unhappy. I will not recommend this product to anyone because Home Depot's attitude towards their customer's satisfaction is insulting.

The directions were very easy to follow and everything was well labeled. The only issues came with assembling the roof panels. They are tricky and you NEED at least 2 people. A few screws were hard to tighten. Otherwise easy to install and we are enjoying the shade!

Finished product looks great. If you are not good at do it yourself things hire someone to put this together. Buy yourself Allen wrench bits that fits in a screw driver. As with all kits the tools supplied are usable but a pain. And when the directions say 3 people..they are dead on. You need the bodies for support. Overall we are very happy with the gazebo.

Very well designed and manufactured. I believe it will hold up to the weather for many years (NE Tennessee). Even the screen appears to be heavy duty and durable. Assembly is not for a novice. Not that I am an expert - I made a few mistakes, nothing serious. With average skills and a little ingenuity, any two can build it. Instructions are adequate but you do have to think about some of the steps. Aesthetically it is very appealing - it gives you a sense of strength and durability.

Pros: Overall review: Quality product of solid materials and robust design. As with all structures made with Steel and Aluminum, it is best that you spend extra care (as recommended) in the positioning of the base/corner pillars, and the "squaring" of the frame corners, so as to alleviate mating issues when constructing the roof support frame. That being said, remember to start ALL the hardware "loosely" (at least 3 to 4 threads) prior to tightening any of the hardware, as alignment issues can be sometimes remedied by "wiggling the frame" slightly in order to align the clearance holes with their respective threaded inserts. Then as you slowly tighten the screws, (following the same pattern as installation of the roof support frame in the assy instr,) to jump from opposing corners/sides to evenly tighten the frame and torque the hardware to their final position. Cons: several holes would just not align, (probably due to typical manufacturing tolerances for steel / aluminum structures) and required the drilling of new or widening of the original holes to engage the screw threads. Anyone with a little experience can handle such things, however I would strongly suggest you pay to have it assembled for you if you do not have experience with tools and detailed instructions. There were also errors in the assembly instructions, as they called out the incorrect screws, or failed to call out 2 bags that were required (and had been provided). Maybe the illustrated parts lists were different revisions from the actual assembly instructions... who knows. In any event, anyone with some experience can mull through it and see what is necessary to complete the assembly

Bought this as a "deal of the day" to replace our smaller Hampton Bay canvas top gazebo. We paid $1,100 and felt it was a good value at that price. The quality is a lot better than our old one. You will need at least 2 people and 2 ladders. We had 3 people to assemble this and took us a full day. I would recommend unpacking the boxes and laying everything out and in order of install. This is a challenge to put together as this gazebo is really tall. Each roof panel has a protective film on each side that needs to be removed. The roof panels are a thin sheet of metal on each side with a hard plastic sheet in the middle, probably to help reduce the weight load. We found installing the lower panel first then the upper one easier way to go than putting in the upper one first. We had 2 missing parts and missing the netting kit. Customer service from Paragon is excellent and they sent us the missing parts. The netting kit showed up the next day (it was shipped separate but this didn't show on my online account). Looks Great Very TALL gazebo perfect for tall people no ducking your head! Good quality

Has a nice luxury look. Seems to be quite stable construction. Waiting for the first strong wind and snow to test. Relatively easy to assemble with 2 strong men with some construction knowledge. My son and husband installed ours in 4 1/2 hrs after the parts were laid out in the order suggested! Had a roof piece damaged and a pole dented. Called Paragon and they shipped placement parts the next day. Have not received yet but assuming they are on the way.

Well, with any "construction" project you have to be prepared for adjustments and modifications. With this particular product we inventoried all parts before starting...a major part was missing...the company sent it out quickly. (Thank goodness as I really didn't want to put this up yet, he he). A couple parts of the directions were slightly confusing; I recommend reading a head and having parts for the current section and the next section available...this helps solve the mystery a bit; but nothing too bad. A few pre-drilled screw holes were missing (4) but nothing a drill and about/nut could not fix. Overall, it is good construction, roof a bit flimsy, but hey,, this is the $1300 model, not the $2400 one. Everything looks like it will be ok but we have not made it through the windy fall or winter yet...it is rated 4 season so we will see...there probably is not a follow-up section here so I guess the review will never know. We are VERY happy that we chose the larger 10x13 rather than the 10x10.

This thing was impossible to assemble. All of the holes are too out of position to screw things together. There’s places where they’re more than a quarter inch. Everything has been squared up, it’s just bad quality control.
