A: Hi Joe. We do have two kits available for the PowerMaster Pro. You can go online to find them. 219235 is the repair kit which has just the seals. 219426 is the premium rebuild kit, which has the seals plus the main valve assembly in the cap, if that is needed. Q:Does Paslode make a case for this gun? Keith

Answer This Question
A: Hello Kieth,
I just checked the Paslode website and found no cases whatsoever for any of their pneumatic tools. So it appears that they do NOT make ( or provide) a case for these.
I use an old Bosch case for mine. Although it was not a perfect fit, after cutting away some of the interior plastic and adding some foam padding in places, it fits just fine.
I thought about making a case from scrap plywood, which should be relatively quick and easy. But even a large bag can provide enough protection assuming we don't throw our tools around and protect the vulnerable areas: tip, rails, and air-connector.
For the tip and rails, I just use folded pieces of cardboard with rubber bands to hold these crude protectors in place. For the air connector, I use a commercial insert which is available inexpensively at any Freight place near a Harbor, if you catch my drift.
Another easy trick is to SAVE the cardboard box the nailer arrives in and reinforce that with tape to use as a case. I've seen guys do that for this and other tools, and it works quite well. Of course, they occasionally need to repair these cardboard boxes with more tape. Unfortunately, I did not think to save the box for mine! If you order one, and a case is important for your work, that trick may save you some time and expense.
So for now, I just keep the nailer plus oil in that old plastic case. Pro tip: keep the oil in a plastic baggie to prevent messy spills.
Sorry there was no OEM case available, but I hope this info provides you with useful alternatives. ;-)

Nimble, Balanced, smooth and strong!
MAN this thing ROCKS!
I’ve used a ton of air nailers over the years. This is my new favorite. Why? It really is lightweight as the specs and reviews will tell you. But it’s not just the light weight that makes it so much easier to use. It is beautifully balanced. They place the handle near the center of gravity so I can even use it left handed with ease and control. (see photo!)
The trigger is easy to operate even with gloves on. There are no sharp edges that cut or irritate if you prefer to work bare-handed as I do. Loading the magazine is a two second job and very easy because the release mechanism is smooth, precision made.
Of course it won’t fire accidentally because of the safety tip which is also exactly right. It needs some pressure to operate, but is not excessively hard to press like other nailers I’ve used. That’s super helpful when bending over or reaching high.
Of course the compact design and 30 degree angle helps it fit into tight spaces as you can see from the photo. That’s not 16 inches on center. That’s only a 10 inch space between studs! Yet I was able to easily hoist this nimble tool above my head, left-handed, and toe-nail those studs while the other hand held the phone.
Power? In spades! You must give it enough air to work of course, but even with my little compressor it throws 16 penny spikes in one shot, perfect every time. I oiled it as you always should before each use, and had ZERO misfires during that entire day’s work.
The only nail gun that might be more convenient is a cordless model, but since I do not do roofing anymore, I do not need that feature. I think air nailers have proven themselves reliable and they are certainly lighter in weight. That makes this my new “go-to” nailer for any new construction or remodeling job.
I can also recommend the Paslode brand nails. Not a single one bent or jammed. They are consistently straight and drive home cleanly. Every one. Every time. That’s always worth it when you need to finish fast and right.
Problems? Only one. Using this nailer is addictive. Now I’m eyeing our old back porch for expansion!
I haven't used it yet other than test firing some...
I haven't used it yet other than test firing some nails. I have never used a nail gun before, but it sure seems like its going to save me a whole lot of time and pain in the arms/wrists. I purchased to build a shed and wish I had it when I built my deck. About the only thing I can think that may sting a bit is the price of nails. Dang things are a bit pricey! Overall, I think the cost savings make it worth purchasing. I did compare nail prices to Metabo (Which are way cheaper) but I ended up purchasing the Paslode after serious time spent researching and asking professionals that use these things every day! Good Luck!!

The Grip-Rite GRTFC83 Paper Tape FramingThe Grip-Rite GRTFC83 Paper Tape Framing Nailer is one of the most durable, yet lightweight framing nailers on the market today. Well balanced and weighing in at only 7.3 lbs., the GRTFC83 was built to fit easily between 16 in. OC studs for framing, truss, sheathing, roof decking and industrial applications. Exclusive to Grip-Rite, the GRTFC83 features True Drive Technology, which actually recycles a portion of the air after each shot, which dramatically reduces the amount of air needed for the next nail. This not only ensures a flush drive of the nail each time the tool is fired, it increases the number of nails fired per compressor cycle. The Grip-Rite GRTFC83 also comes with a selectable trigger to quickly switch between sequential fire and bump fire. That's not all. The GRTFC83's Top Loading System makes it easy to load strips of nails through the top of the magazine. The die-cast aluminum rotating rafter hook makes it breeze to keep your tool close and within easy reach and the included swivel fitting keeps bulky air hoses from weighing down your tool. Grip-Rite stands behind all their pneumatic tools with the RED Promise an industry leading warranty and service program that includes a 7-Year warranty on tools and a nationwide service network. The GRTFC83 is also equipped with a tool-less depth of drive. Also included with this purchase: Swivel Air Plug, Removable No-Mar Pad, Rotating Rafter Hook, Safety Glasses, Tool Oil, All Required Hex Wrenches and Owner's Manual.View Full Product Description
