AnswerYes, RumbleStone pavers can be used to overlay concrete. You will only need to adhere the border courses and any vertical stones with a quality landscape block adhesive that will not freeze. Sweep sand into the remaining joints to help lock the pavers together and prevent rocking of the pavers on uneven concrete surfaces.

Exactly as you'd expect concrete paver's are heavy. My patio had 7 tons of pavers, plan ahead to the equipment necessary to get these to the location needed. Each pallet is nearly 2,000 which may require a Bobcat to transport these blocks. They look great, once they are installed.
