Can I reverse sun damage to my Peacock Plant?

I left my plant by the window, and while I was at work, the sun position changed and the leaves got sun damaged :'( can I save my plant or is it too late?

I think it's optional. These plants like moist soil, so anything that keeps the dirt from drying out should help it stay happy.
