Yes, this cantilever umbrella includes the base with eight wheels distributed on both sides for easier movement. In addition the base is also fillable, the weight of the base can be increased by filling it with water or sand, thus ensuring overall stability. Dear, that is not allowed. The umbrella cloth is made of polyester fabric which is very flammable. It is very dangerous.

To lower this umbrella, and tie it up, do I need to move the furniture? I plan to place the base in the center of a long/wide sofa. There was a customer comment that suggested they had to mode the furniture to lower and tie-up the umbrella. Is that so?
