Unfortunate difference in product when purchased online

Our family installed a row of Sunshine Ligustrums this summer and were very satisfied with the numerous plants bought in store. Another family member had to order one of the plants online since we bought all that was in-store. The plants bought in-store have larger and denser foliage with a striking combination of yellow and green. The online purchased plant has small foliage that is not near as dense with coloring that is a low contrast pastel yellow and green. The result is a much different looking plant in our front yard lacking the characteristics that caused us to buy them in-store in the first place. Attached with this post are pictures of the two (looks far more different in person). I'm wondering what to do about this. We verified that the correct product was ordered online and the plant tag was correct.

The ordering process was simple. However when ordering, it is not disclosed where the plants originate. My plants originated across the country and took several days to arrive. Had I known this in advance, I probably would not have completed my order. When they did arrive, the plants were stressed. Also, I ordered four 3-gallon container plants, but instead received three 3-gallon containers and one 2-gallon container.

These plants add the touch of color without ever having to produce flowers. They arrived in great condition and are thriving in our landscape. Due to the threat of hurricanes Marco and Laura there was a bit of delay in planting, but all is well and already growing with daily attention to water and mulching.
