This pine decor has layers of brown colors with grey tones accented by the simple, classic graining. The embossed texture on Classic Weathered Pine's authentic design creates the look and feel of real wood flooring. Pergo Defense+ is a waterproof antimicrobial-protected rigid core luxury vinyl flooring with an authentic look and feel. Planks are protected for life by an antimicrobial technology that inhibits the growth of bacteria that may affect your floor. The properties are built into every plank and will not wash or wear off. The durable vinyl plank with surface protection offers strength and stability with dent, scratch and stain resistance. Waterproof protection means there's no need to worry about day to day accidents. The multi-layer construction produces a strong, but easy to install plank that resists telegraphing from imperfections in the subfloor. Pergo luxury vinyl floors are guaranteed not to wear through, stain or fade and maintenance is easy; just sweep or damp mop. Pergo Defense+ can be wet mopped and for the deepest clean without any harsh chemicals, Pergo Defense+ is even approved for steam mopping. Horrible Flooring
This flooring has only been down for 3 weeks and it is scratched in several areas. I live alone with 2 dogs. You have been warned Do not buy this flooring! Defense + is not accurate description.

Looks great, hard to install
Since I can only write 500 characters, I will say that the floor looks great in our kitchen but it was hard to install. Pergo's support was not very helpful and neither was the guide. When you try to install it the way they ask, we couldn't get the pieces snug, without leaving gaps. Even with the tapping block. Luckily the room was relatively small, but if you are installing this in a large/wide room, it will be difficult. No youtube or videos on pergo's website yet for this specific floor.

I love everything about this flooring
The flooring is the best vinyl plank flooring I have ever had installed. Installation was a breeze with the planks clicking together easily. There is quite a bit of variation of pattern which makes the floor look very real. The floor is easy to clean and actually hides the dirt between cleanings. This particular pattern includes the popular grays and more typical brown wood tones.

Durable, great looks, easy install!
This floor is great, it has a really thick wear layer, built in padding, and a large plank size. The wear layer is great because it won’t wear through and ruin the wood grain below. The built in padding feels great underfoot and also speeds up install time! The oversized plank size also makes install time faster and reduces seams for a more seamless floor.
The toungue and groove goes together easily and tightly, I was able to lay down about 150 sf per hour in a rectangular room. Scoring the top of the plank with a razor blade allows you to snap the pieces rather than cutting them.
Overall the flooring is great and looks excellent with our radiata pine trim!

Great flooring panel
The Pergo Defense+ 7.5 in. W Rare Penny Oak Antimicrobial Click Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring (17.43 sq. ft./case), Medium is a great flooring. Each panel is 7.5 inches wide and 48 inches long. The Pergo flooring is easy to install. The panels easily snap together. Cutting the panels for length or width is hassle proof. All you need to do is score a line then snapping it on the line. Very simple. If your not sure about installing this yourself Home Depot has a installation video. After watching it and decide you do not want to do it yourself just contact Home Depot for other installation options.
contact Home Depot about your installation options. The flooring is dent proof, scratch proof and water proof.

Beautiful and tough vinyl flooring
I have been looking for the perfect flooring for my attic that is being converted into my young daughters' bedroom. The flooring has to withstand all types of stains, look good, and be tough enough that in 10 years when the kids move out, it will still look good and be usable. This flooring checked all of the boxes. The tiles are very thin and has a backing pre-applied which means I don't have to worry about the flooring being too thick for the doorway. It has a matte appearance which is great because the room has a south-facing skylight which can reflect a lot of light on a glossy surface. Overall it's the perfect combination for our space.

Nice flooring
