Terrible Design! Lasted less then two weeks!
The metal hanging hook is attached to the feeder with a thin piece of plastic. Birds pecked through in less then two weeks bringing the (heavy when full) feeder crashing down. Rip off at $65!!! Dont buy this product unless your willing to replace every other week!

This bird feeder is a piece of garbage! Although I was aware that it was all made of plastic prior to purchasing it, but I had no idea that the quality was so low and poor. I ordered it online and the item came in BROKEN so we returned it to Home Depot nearby. Perky-Pet people should feel embarrassed for selling garbage let alone for caring too much for this one.
I would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone!

not squirrel proof...
Too bad this wasn't actually made out of copper (it's plastic)... squirrels chewed a fist sized hole in the top. I'm going to try to salvage it somehow.
Also, seeds get stuck in the part on the bottom between the base and tubes, causing them to sprout. I had a heck of a time cleaning that out - and it's not even all out.

The tubes are not attached to the base so when the base bends down and all the seed runs out the bottom of the tube and fills the tray and onto the ground.
