When it needs new battery, how do we replace it? I need to know. How do you take it off of the collar? And put a new one on that fully charged
Thank you for asking about this! Steps to insert or remove the battery can be found on page 8 of your manual. This is a simple process that can be done very quickly using either the test light tool that came with your kit, or a quarter or similar coin. Place either the narrow rounded portion of the test light tool into the groove on the top of the battery, or your coin into the groove on the top of the battery. Press down firmly, then twist the battery in the direction of the unlock symbol until the arrow points to the unlock symbol. You can then remove the battery. The battery is one piece, made into the cap. Next, place a new battery in the collar, then press down firmly with the tool or coin, and twist it toward the lock symbol. I have an inground Pet safe fence. MY old UL-250 collar quite working. Can I use the PUL-275 as a replacement. I cannoy find another UL-250

Is this collar for the wireless or in ground pet safe fence? I have a wireless and i know the in ground fence collars do not work with the wireless.

Is this collar compatible with the stubborn dog electric fence? I have the stubborn dog fence, but the collar that comes with it is not small enough for my 12lb puppy.
They use a specific frequency transmitted through the wire to trigger the collar, I would doubt the frequencies used are the same
does this work with the wireless system?
