Repair took only a couple of minutes at the most.
It actually took me longer to figure out what insert I needed than it did to replace it.

easy to repair
like most major, you can give replacement parts through the manufacturer. OEM Parts last longer and fit better. you will get lucky with aftermarket parts and save a couple bucks but once in awhile you will run into that problem where it does not fit perfectly. I have replaced maybe 40 cartridges or stems in plumbing fixtures so I have seen it all. this part was very easy to replace and works well! the part looks different from what is on home Depot's site, but it's the same.

Good OEM Product, Wrong picture shown.
The Pfister 910-031 is the ceramic replacement cartridge for the hot water valve of my kitchen faucet #F-036-CL4. My hot water valve sprang a leak after only 26 months of use. This product solved the problem. The only issue is that the picture shown is not the actual part but it shows a shower valve replacement cartridge, not a kitchen faucet cartridge. The kitchen faucet cartridge is much smaller as shown in my photo.

OEM Replacement part- perfect
I usually give 3-4 stars so that a manufacturer knows there's room for improvement. In this case I feel it could not be made better without a significant cost increase. It works perfectly.
