Pfister is the worst!
This is the second pfister faucet that I purchased and both have leaked from the lever. Granted it has lifetime warranty but for this to happen in such a short period (4 months) is kinda crappy if you ask me.

It could also be the retainer ring on the cartridge that may have loosened up and needs to be retightened. Design flaw
We bought 2 of these faucets a few weeks ago and thought they looked really nice but I wasn't expecting that when the water is turned off, water would pool in the spout channel and sits there. In the week that they've been installed, this has already caused ugly water spots to form which I've cleaned off several times.
I reached out to Pfister customer, explained the problem and sent pictures.
Someone responded to say that this type of faucet requires regular maintanence and went on the tell me how to clean them and also offered a website for more cleaning information.
What I was not given was a way to keep the channel free of water when turned off which is what I asked.
It seems to me that the spout should be angled downward to allow all the water to drain.
I'm not happy with the purchase and obviously would not recommend or purchase again.

Gets ugly fast
It functions fine, but it starts to get ugly quickly. We have a water softener, but it still has hard water stains that I just can't get off. I've rubbed oil on it, scrubbed it...it just looks bad.

We have some recommended do's and don'ts that will help remove some of the stains or calcium build-up and care for the finish of your Pfister faucet:
DO:
1. Wipe water from fixtures to avoid spotting and build-up after each use.
2. Use only a soft, damp cloth and soft soap (i.e., Palmolive, Dawn) to clean the unit.
3. A 50/50 water and white vinegar solution can be used to clean the faucets (see additional information below).
DON'T:
1. Use any cleaners of any type on your faucet.
2. Use any scrubbers or abrasive-type cleaning cloths.
3. Allow water to dry on fixtures, as it may cause unsightly spotting.
For tougher water spotting or calcium build-up, we recommend using water and vinegar mixed by 50%. If these steps do not help or you have any questions, concerns, or need further assistance, please get in touch with our Support Team at 1-800-732-8238.

Cartridge
Cartridge leaking after a year. Replaced it and it lasted for 2 months. Dont know if it’s a faulty install or this product is jus not durable. So I give up. I will be replacing the entire faucet set with a different style

Leaking underneath the handle
It hadn't been a month that this had been installed when my children noticed the sitting water that leaks from underneath the handle. I came here for possible answers and learned that it has happened quite often. Why hasn't Pfister fixed this?

COMPLIMENTS GALORE!
I received an email inviting me to review our new Pfister faucet but then received the "title is too long" prompt and couldn't submit it. (there was no title).
We have received a compliment from every guest that has used our guest bathroom. Aesthetically, it suits our bathroom perfectly. Our handyman installed the faucet and he had no issues. Nostalgic, because of the way the water spills out, it reminds me of my family member's farms that had hand-pumps on their wells. Because we are so infatuated with the Tuscan Bronze color, we are switching out not only the bathroom fixtures but also the door handles along the hallway. The drain cover is also convenient, simply put, everything about this faucet is lovely.
