How many buttons are there on the removable sprayer? Is there a pause button?

Asked by: Trumpet99
Two. One is the pause button. It also acts as a reset to you don't have to turn the water off and on to go from sprayer back to stream. It's pretty great.

How does the pull down sprayer stay up in the shaft? is it magnetized, automatically retractable? Concerned that over time the spout will not be tight to the shaft and hang.

It has a weight under the sink to retract it.

Canton Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Tuscan Bronze is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 298.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Happy up until... Extension hose for spray nozzle broke off underneath at the coupler. Also has had the issue with the spray and regular faucet setting being stuck on together, as well as the faucet dangling when retracted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of junk! This product is a piece of junk. Looks nice but the water lines are cheaply made of plastic. They are also permanently attached to the faucet itself, so when a line eventually cracks it will require the whole faucet to be replaced.

I've had this since April of 2017 and have had to replace the head 3x since owning it. The button to switch between spray/stream gets stuck every 2-3 months, meaning it stays on the spray function. Normally once the water gets turned off, it switches back to stream when there is no pressure. Before getting this faucet, I had a Moen for about 6 months and never had this issue. This last faucet head it would switch to spray by itself sometimes and it is frustrating as I need to find a small fork, knife or spoon to pry loose the button to go back to stream. Customer service has been great, they are quick to respond and send me a new head, but annoying I have to keep requesting new heads every 6 months.

I purchased the faucet and after installing it, found that the faucet head was defective and did not let me change between spray and stream settings. I called the manufacturer and had a replacement part send and it took nearly a MONTH to get here. Meanwhile I was stuck with a faulty faucet head. Then, I install the new faucet head and the stream of water pressure is not very strong. The faucet head will drip and the head does not easily fit back into its holder. There is a little notch that it has to go in, in order to fit back into the holder properly. Additionally, the hose is of poor quality and will kink when you pull the hose out for use at certain angles. I very much regret purchasing this faucet and would have returned it if I could. I expected much more for the price and from a company with a reputation like Pfister.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Canton Bronze This is the 2nd of these faucets that I have purchased. The first unit was installed in our previous home and worked flawlessly for the 3 years we owned the home. We purchased a new home and of course the wife wanted the same sink and faucet installed. I've had problems with the new unit for over a year and have dealt with them. 1st: Would not switch between spray and stream. I finally removed the plastic caps and have been using a screwdriver to change them. 2nd: Very Low Water Pressure. Yes I have checked city water pressure and it runs around 55 psi. This weekend water flow pretty much stopped. I removed the feed lines and checked flow at the shutoff valves and had great flow. I disassembled the valve assembly to check for buildup and found nothing. I soaked the nozzle in vinegar over night, no help. I finally removed the spray nozzle hose and found scale in the round plastic quick connector between the valve and sprayer hose. I used a punch and hammer and tapped out a low flow device, that I did not know was there and I don't remember the box saying anything about. The low flow device was full of scale and plugged. I reassemble the system without the low flow device and have great water flow now. Of course the spray nozzle is leaking because I have been using a screwdriver on it for a year What is the P/N for a new spray nozzle? Maybe it will switch between spray and stream now.
