AnswersIt is an annoying bottle you have to fill and screw into the dispenser underneath the counter. So if you mind having to reach and go into your cabinet under your sink I would not recommend using it. If you do not mind then it will work great for you.

AnswersWe have had the faucet a few years now, I recently I have been using the pull-down sprayer a lot. I saw water under the sink yesterday and determined it to be leaking from the pulldown hose. I think there is chaffing on the hose when it is pulled in and out and that may be causing a tear. Is there a replacement hose at Home Depot or do I need to order it from Pfister?

AnswersThe faucet can be installed with the handle in any position, so clearance to the backsplash isn’t an issue. I installed mine with the handle in the front of the faucet, which not only eliminated any conflict with the backsplash, but also made it equally convenient for using either the right or left hand to operate. This is especially useful when using the pull-down faucet feature. This faucet is is really well-designed, exceptionally functional, and beautiful!

Worked ok--for a year

Over the year of using this, our water pressure got worse and worse, until it was barely more than a trickle. Took apart the sprayer and looked for the actuator/water saver but never found it. Finally bought another faucet. When this was taken out, we found the actuator in a connection in the main water intake. Being on well water, gravel pretty much completely blocked the tiny hole in the actuator. We could have cleaned it--or removed it--if we knew it was there and saved us the new faucet. I know it sucks having to make special adaptations for CA, but it should have been easier to find and clean.

So far so good! We installed two months ago, installation was easy. The look is simple with a high curve facet which I was looking for. Smudged free! The only draw back so far is when you pull down the facet head it’s hard to click back at times.

It worked great for a 1 year

I purchased this faucet a year a go and all of the sudden I notice the faucet has a leak. No rime or reason as only 2 adults live in my home. We are not reckless when using the faucet. I need it fixed and don't know what to do since there is a line to go to the store I can't even ask a simple question. Can I have a replacement or suggestions on how to fix the leak? I am adding a couple of photos for your view.

My Passadena kitchen faucet looks good and works fine but don't expect it to last more than 2-3 years. My cartridge needed replaced due to a slow constant drip. Under warranty I was sent a new cartridge. However, it was impossible for me to get the cartridge out without damaging the faucet. Warranty sent me a new faucet!!!
Then the faucet head spring a leak at the swivel head. Warranty sent me a new hose and head! It is now a few years later, and again the cartridge needs replaced and the swivel joint at the spray head is leaking. These things have a lifetime warranty, so I am in the process of processing for parts again. Since I was unable to remove the old cartridge the first time, I will probably need to go through the process again to finally get a new faucet? I am pretty handy, so making the repairs is acceptable. If I were not handy, I would be very frustrated with this system and process. All of these faucets, regardless of make, seem to come from China and are garbage. But they do seem to stand behind the warranty, and there doesn't seem to be other reasonable options. It can be a head ache when you have to keep making the repairs.
