AnswersThere is a plate that you mount to the wall and then there is a small set screw on the bottom of the base that holds it to the mount. Very easy to install.

I use this a hand towel holder!
I don't like the typical circular towel holder because the towel bunches up and it makes the towel hard to use. I thought I'd try this because the towel doesn't bunch up and it's easy off and on if I need to remove it. It works and looks nice. The towel is far enough from the wall so that it dries well, too. Make sure bracket is tightened. It works great and matches my Pfister faucet.

Stylish TP Holder!
We added a small second bathroom in the basement. I wanted an unexpected spa look and feel for the space. The midnight chrome finish was the perfect touch to break up the chrome and mirror finishes in this project. Also, the midnight chrome paired well with the storage cart next to the vanity. I love the look, but the TP holder is a bit squeaky when paper is pulled from the holder.
We got nearly all our products from Home Depot. Check out the results.

The holder looks great and has a quality chrome finish. The reason I would not purchase again is the arm that holds the TP is designed very loose. The excess play is noisy and cheapens the product.
