I wouldn't think so, more a outside bug light
You can absolutely use these indoors. This bulb does produce a yellow light, however. If you are looking for a less intense light, I would also recommend taking a look at bulbs that produce lower amounts of lumens, Such as a 40 watt or even 25W A19.
