Color and Tunable White PAR38 120W Equivalent Dimmable Smart Wi-Fi WiZ Connected LED Light Bulb

I purchased two of these lights about a year and a half ago. I have them wired outside into two flood light stakes (rubber seal around the base of the bulb which i found on amzn) They have survived downpours and the latest blizzard of 2022. I highly recommend these bulbs, a bit pricey but worth the money. the blizzard we got down to 0 degrees, summer they get blasted with sun in excess of over 100 direct sunlight.. they are built well

I have two (2) floodlights on my front porch, so I installed it in the outlet over the door, and had fun with it at night changing colors and such. The App install and setup was easy.

The WiZ 120W Equivalent Light Bulbs are a fantastic smart light that requires no hub to use. We have been using WiZ lights for a couple years now and love every one of them. I wanted this bulb for one of the recessed cans in the kitchen where we prep food and needed extra illumination. It works great. The WiZ app allows control over each light from anywhere in the world that you have cell reception. The best part about these bulbs is that there is no hub required to use them. I really cant say enough about how great these bulbs are. Hopefully Phillips comes out with more WiZ products, they're great!

I bought this Philips Color and Tunable White Dimmable Smart Wi-Fi WiZ Connected LED Light Bulb for my bathroom to add some color. The light bulb installs like any other you own. In order to control the features you need to download the Wiz Connected app to your phone. Once in the app the light connects pretty easily. The controls are awesome allowing you to change to a wide variety of colors and dim the light. Very impressed overall!

I have seen these smart bulbs and have been wanting them for a while, but it just never seemed necessary. Until this pandemic had us all staying in for some good family time. As we are always in the room, I wanted to make the room different, so the bulb seemed like an easy and fun addition. Once installed, I just downloaded the app and followed the instructions. The app took a few minutes to get everything synced up. Once it was, there was so many options and configurations to choose from. Will definitely be purchasing a few more of these.

This review is the the Philips full color wifi enabled 120w light bulb. The box and bulb are pretty big, and I was expecting more light from a 120 watt equivalent bulb. We use this bulb in a floor lamp in our living room, and it provides just enough light at its brightest setting. That being said, it's and LED bulb so it should last a long time. It's wifi enabled so it can be controlled remotely via a phone or laptop. There are tons of preset lighting options, or you can set the brightness and color temperature to your preferences. It can also be set to pulse, and change colors. You will need to set the default color, or it'll change when you turn it off and back on again. Keep the box until you're up and running, there are no instructions, everything you need to get started is written on the outside of the box. Overall a decent light bulb.

An infinite variety of colors. An infinite number of light levels. When at full brightness it puts out a lot of light, so we believe the 1200 lumens. The WiFi setup process took three times, which puts it into the medium category as far as set up difficulty. For us 1-2 tries is easy, 2-4 tries is medium, and over 5 is hard. We used an Android (Samsung); the results are typically different with an iPhone. It works with a dimmer. This is a really big deal for us, since we were not going to replace the dimmers with toggle switches to use this product. Set the dimmer on high and it works fine. Off is not totally off. It stays on a very low setting.

This Philips 120 watt equivalent smart WiFi LED reminds me so much of outdoor spotlights. It has a durable plastic housing and a flat, frosted textured plastic top. Weighty too. After I tried a smart bulb for the first time, it was hard to go back to regular bulbs so I’m slowly replacing my entire home with them. The only time I don’t like smart bulbs is when the WiFi is down. This bulb is Wiz connected. Out of all the smart bulb connections out there, Wiz is definitely my favorite because it never seems to fail or respond. You can add this bulb to the home app of your iOS phone and control it with that app. You can also control it with the Google home app. It’s works with Google assistant and alexa so you can control it your fingertips or with your voice. Wiz makes it very easy to set up and use. When I inserted this bulb all I had to do was enter my WiFi passcode and it was connected in less than a minute! It works with Siri Shortcuts too, which I need to get more familiar with. Dimmable white and colors for the perfect ambiance. Does not come with separate instructions. They are on the box. To install download the wiz app, insert the bulb, then follow the onscreen steps in the app to complete the setup. That’s all there was to it for me. What I love about this bulb is you can set it on schedules to come on and turn off at different times and colors. You can also customize scenes, which I also need to get more familiar with. There are some color options that will alternate the colors such as Christmas, which alternates between red and green. You can also set the speed and brightness. One of the best features is you can control it from anywhere in the world. Suitable for totally enclosed or recessed fixtures. Do not expose to water. Brightness is 1200 lumens. I acquired this Philips Color and Tunable white PAR38 bulb for my front garden. It's 120 Watt Equivalent dimmable bulb is very bright. Setting up the Smart Wi-Fi interface is simple via the WIZ app. I set up a schedule for my bulb to turn on and off a specific times via the WIZ Smart App on my Android as well as setting up the color of the light I want the bulb to emit. Additionally, I can have my Alexa turn on and off the bulb using the name I used to set up on the WIZ app.

Mostly white LEDs around perimeter and two RGB in the center to balance color. This is a weak attempt at a replacement spot light, and color seems like it was shoehorned in as an afterthought. At least it will save power.
