COMFY!
Finally smart lighting. Samsung bulbs is what I was after. In vain! Now the discount drove me to Philips. Such a relief , I am going to get myself smart bulbs in the end and still be able to use Smartthings. Well worth the wait. Cheers.

Bought the package to control through our Alexa but for some reason it can not locate them on the wifi. Bulbs seem to work ok through the app on my phone but not Alexa.

I have worked with IT and internet set up and the Hue bridge simply won’t connect to the app on my phone. There is no tip or trick we haven’t tried. Completely unable to use.

Startling Ease
I ordered two of the 4 bulb ambiance kits for my Dad and my best friend. I set them up for my dad. Or at least I thought I had to, lol. I plugged in the bridge, paired it to my dad's phone, and was startled to find the bulbs were already there. All I had to do was sync them to google and I was done. So much easier than the brand he used to have. I wasn't aware that this was even a problem thing until I read a negative review saying theirs hadn't. I honestly thought it was just really cool. My best friend hasn't done hers yet. I also had 0 problems with shipping. They arrived in 3 days. I saw the negative reviews and had to add my review to show that mine was the exact opposite of an experience. I can't express how pleased I was with it.
