Will not stand behind warranty
Bought a 12,000btu minisplit.
Had a professional install it.
Year and half in summer the inside unit iced up.
Professional came back and diagnosed bad fan motor.
Took the unit apart found structure rusted to pieces.
Have contacted the company 5 times for warranty with NO REPLY AFTER FIRST CONTACTS!!
I BOUGHT A NEW UNIT AND HAD IT INSTALLED!

Pioneer 12000 Mini split unit
If you do not want the hassle of lifting a heavy window air conditioner unit in and out of the window at the beginning and end of every summer, consider this one zone mini split unit! It is quiet and efficient and worth every penny! I highly recommend it ! I love this unit , it keeps me cool and comfortable. Get one, you won’t regret it.

I bought three of your mini splits at Home depot, product arrived undamaged and package very well.
I just finished installing the 12K in my living room. Working Great. Instructions were fantastic. Just wanted to give your folks my feedback. I will be installing the two 9k's, one in each bedroom starting tomorrow.

Pioneer Mini Split
I bought this mini split unit several weeks before getting it installed. There were no issues at all. The unit was installed easily came with all of the parts, and has been operating very well. What I liked the most since it has been placed in my one-bedroom studio is how quiet it is. If you are a light sleeper, you will not be disturbed. If you like cool, not cold air, there are options for that. My electric bill has not been excessive either. I am on a budget-billing plan with Georgia Power.

Great unit for my workshop! If you have a small area HIGHLY recommended.
An very nice easy-to-install unit. Used the mounting bracket (which I wish had the cross bar at the top) to mount the outside compressor. Mounted the inside unit using the supplied template. Ran the lines, connected power, vacuumed the lines down per the instructions. When all that was done opened the valves and the unit worked perfectly. Extremely quite and effective. Only pulls 7 amps at full power which reduces as the unit reaches the correct temp. Super!

Keeping it cool
This unit works great for my application. I have a 20'x25' outbuilding and it keeps it cool and dry even in 100-degree weather and hi humidity.

Pioneer12000 BTU Mini Split Unit
I purchased this system last week. This unit is truly amazing state of the art equipment. Incredibly quiet and easy to install with some basic handyman skills. Contacted manufacturer Parker Davis HVAC with a question, Nievic the representative was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
Honestly the only small issue I found was that the pipe the feeds the connections through the wall was 3 to 4 inches too short. I was able to improvise with a 2 1/2" 90 electrical conduit from Home Depot.

so quiet.
All good so far, very power, affordable price, and the most important Super quiet. it's so quiet, even I thought the motor wasn't working. I went outside to check it out. And guess what, it was working normally. Also very convenient to used WI Fi control, also very easy. Highly recommend this high quality Mini Split from Pioneer.
