Great stove for price
I own one of these stoves for seven years had no issues with it other than replace the fan bearing once in awhile with proper maintenance these stoves last a long time only reason a buying a new one is that the old one went with the house that I sold.
No second thoughts on buying a second one for my new home

Reasonable Value in the right application...
PROS: Manual is clear. Install was easy. WETT certification was no problem. Stove is basic but looks nice. Single knob control is easy and intuitive for off/low/high and thermostat mode. All modes work really well. Fire starts reliably in 3 minutes. Fan pumps heat in about 9 minutes. Heat exchanger is remarkably efficient with very little heat going out chimney. This heats our living area well, while keeping the rest of the house comfortable if we run our furnace fan. Radiant warmth in immediate area is very nice. Noise level is reasonable when it's running normally. Access for maintenance is good IF YOU LEAVE ROOM BEHIND STOVE.
CONS: (Burning premium pellets) Air wash does nearly nothing so glass turns completely black in 2 days. Ash piles up in burn pot and against door so it falls on floor when door is opened. The only practical solution is to shop-vac the whole inside 3 times per week. Auger motor needed to be secured and panels needed to be warped slightly to stop rattles. Exhaust fan vibrates on startup enough to make the house vibrate. The hopper holds exactly one bag of pellets, so you can't add a whole bag unless you run it empty, which is impractical.
COST: before tax
Stove: $2000
WETT: $225
Hearth stones and mortar: $100
Flue gas pipe, thimble, sealant: $600
Total $4000 + tax for self install
CONCLUSION:
For 1/3 the price of a Harman, this is a good stove that works reliably in a living area. It is NOT a stove you'll install in your basement and ignore for weeks at a time. If you're handy, the problems on arrival are easy to fix. But, if you want a hands-off, low maintenance stove, spend WAY MORE money. This stove was right for me. As long as it's reliable, I'll be happy with it for the money.

Have burned about 1/4 ton of pellets so far and everything works as advertised. Unpacking and installation was easy and directions on operations straightforward. The stove is relatively light weight, so I was able to move it in place and level it my myself using a dolly. Cleaning/Maintenance of the stove is also easy. This small unit puts out a lot of heat when you need it, is way more efficient than the old unit it is replacing, and both automatic and manual settings work well. Let’s see how it holds up in the long run!

Mostly good, partially weak :
I have owned for several years. Durable, works fine, but noises increase year after year. The culprit is the bushing on the end of the blower fan. It is not made of ball bearing, but of a metal piece with a hole. This wears, then the hole grows bigger, then the roundness turns oval, then makes noise, then rattles. I talked with the customer service long ago, the technician immediately knew the problem, and offered one replacement, but asked patience as it is out of stock. I waited for 2 years, and never arrived to me, meanwhile I used some trick to make it work, but recently it collapsed finally. I advised them to make it with ball bearing, whick is available easily in industrial market. The bushing holder is made of rubber, which seems to be good enough to hold the bushing. They know it is in constant and overwhelming demand and cannot have enough stock to supply to the users' request. Please use prudence to improve it with ball bearing!
