With up to 32,000 BTU's, this state-of-the-art vent free technology does not require a flue or chimney. This vent free fireplace system functions on Propane only. With Pleasant Hearth vent free fireplace systems, enjoying the warmth and beauty of a fire has never been easier. Minimum clearance design allows ease of installation almost anywhere. This unit includes a hand-held thermostat remote control that works as an ON/OFF switch or a programmable thermostat where the temperature is read from the location of the actual remote control. Not for sale in California or Canada. Check your local regulations on installation restrictions and requirements. Propane use requires 100-lb. tank or larger with two-stage adjustable regulator available from local gas company.

Exactly what we were looking for and expecting. It is a beautiful piece of furniture that compliments our family room perfectly. Warms the room nicely without the blower attachment. We had originally gone to a fireplace store to purchase something local and they were not helpful at all. We love it! Highly recommend.
