Created to construction water features or ponds with a more designer, formal or natural look than rubber liners are able to offer with no more unsightly folds or creases. How many Square Feet does 1.5 Gallons cover? Is Multiple coats recommended?
On a smooth 60-grit sandpaper surface, it will cover up to 240 square feet. The minimum recommended thickness is 10 mils (10 thousandths of an inch). Can this be used to resurface a concrete pool slide? IF so do i need to put a clear coat of epoxy over the pond armor? will it be slippery enough to enjoy?
As long as the concrete is still solid and won't chip away a double or triple coat of Pond Shield will make it really strong and waterproof. You must acid wash the concrete to allow the epoxy to adhere really well. No matter what color you choose it will dry to a glossy surface which will be super slippery with just a hint of water on it.
Can this be applied to xps foam?
I don't know the exact answer you are asking, but... I've have epoxied many foam cores for surfboards and similar things. Normally one would use standard 2 part epoxy and add tinting to get the desired color and apply to a foam either with or without fiberglass cloth. Pond Shield is kind of an expensive alternative for the epoxy and I guess it would do the job, but I have never tried.

Can I use this in a swimming pool to seal it? How much does the 1.5 gallon cover and how do you apply; spray, roll, etc?
Yes you can use it in a swimming pool. A 1.5 gallon kit covers 240 square feet at 10mils minimum thickness on a 60-grit sandpaper smooth surface. Additional assistance and other help articles and videos can be seen at www.pondarmor.com
Sure. You'll need to acid wash per instructions and it is real easy to roll on a smooth surface. Although indications in the instructions say 480 SQ FT per 1.5 gals I found I covered 420 sq ft with one coat. And you need a 2nd coat to bring it up to 10 mil thickness, so figure 3 gals per 420 sq ft.
