Worked for a bit.
These are apparently for really light weight, occasional use. I could not find what I was looking for (a decent corner clamp) and figured this would suffice to get me through my current project . It did not. It worked great for about 23 corners and then the riveted end popped off one of the tightening screws. It would be a good product if it were beefier for heavy duty work.

light weight but effective
These are light weight so you need to take care not to bend them but they held a true 90 for a picture frame.

Does not work
The clamps don't hold the corners together tightly. After ruining several costly pieces of oak I went back to holding the corners together with my fingers. This worked better than the useless clamps.

less than average quality
Hard to work and work with. Clamp does not hold steady for nailing or gluing. alignment is difficult- I'm making box frames .

Does the job it was designed for . . .
These are medium duty clamps and if used as such do a great job.

Good in theory, but not in real life
I purchased this item for assembly of a wooden mirror frame. There's no method of insuring a perfectly square corner as parts are not totally secure. Mitered joints can tip and slide. This might be OK for a do it yourselfer, but certainly not for critical work. I would not purchase this item again for that reason.

works as advertised
Casting is strong enough and does not flex when tightened. threads could use lubrication- sometimes they hang up a little. Otherwise, works as intended
