This is a lightweight, handy, quick pick up tool to skim the surface of pool or fountain.
It doesn't take the place of a heavy weight skimmer or leaf rake though - that you use with your standard telescopic pole.
It is typical to keep both (all) handy for different swimming pool cleaning needs!
