what gage are these nails. My porta-nailer only takes 18 ga.

bamboo flooring nails..
used these with a manual Bostitch MFN-200 floor nailer and worked quite well. Every so often the nailer would dbl. shoot 2 of the cleats but this is a fair trade since there was no split floorboards using the narrower gauge cleats. If you are looking for a perfect floor installation I would recommend not using these with the MFN-200, but if you can live with a few nicks (from the dbl. shots) it is a cheaper option than buying a new nail gun just for bamboo flooring.
