These are basically one time use chargers. I have went through 3 of these pieces of junk in a year. The only lights that ever come on is the red ones. Brand new batteries and still only the red lights come on. Dont buy this JUNK.
Spend your money on Dewalt or Milwaukee.

Charger wasn't used much. Now it starts with a blinking green light but after a while it starts flashing red. Batteries are good, they charge fine with the other charger. This was is crap.
