Did not have all the screw holes
What is difficult to see in this picture is that behind the basket is a base to this chair for when it lays down into a bed. It's not the worst thing in the world, but definitely isn't what I was picturing. Also, the screw-in holes for the feet were not pre-drilled, so we had to finish that up for the manufacturer. The chair itself is pretty comfortable in both positions, but it doesn't take the bitterness out of having to modify the product in order to assemble it.

Wanted some furniture for our den that would serve many...
Wanted some furniture for our den that would serve many purposes. Considered a futon, but then found these! We bought 2 and are so happy so far. Comfy chairs, chaise, lounger/ottoman or a twin bed!! So convenient and easy to use. Definitely a better choice than a futon. Highly suggest these as they are so useful and comfy.

Incredibly hard, noisy and overall uncomfortable. This is the worse purchase I've ever made from home depot. No human being can sleep on this.

Aesthetically, this chair looks great, but the chair itself is a bit firm and awkward to sit in. It is better when used as a chaise.
