This is an electric heat transfer blanket. Plug it into 120V, and it will maintain temperature similar to a nice spring day (60-70F) and cure concrete to a good, even cure across the whole pour. Amperage draw is 12A.

Heavy duty product, works very well.
Heavy duty product, works very well. I bought this at the tail end of the cold season. I was laying outdoor tile. The weather overnight and for the next few days was going to be below 40 degrees, which was the lower limit to the cure temperature for the grout I was using. I put this on for a few days. It worked very well. It’s heavy enough not to get blown away by a normal wind. I checked the substrate temperature during the time it was there and it was pretty close to the spec’d 100 degrees. Well made and durable, I will definitely buy again for future cold weather curing projects.

Poor performance
I had high hopes for this product. No instructions were included.. Very disappointing. Did very poor thawing frozen ground. Had unit running for many hours with barely notably results. Returned to home depot. Manufacturer contacted me regarding return, I hoped they going to offer alternative solutions but were rude about me exercising my consumer right to return the product. Privacy issues here also.
