      A:  Not true. M22 can be 14mm or 15mm. The Ryobi 18ft extension is 14mm and the Sun Joe hose is 15mm so you need to buy an adapter/couple.

            A:  Male OD is always 14, Female ID is always 15. This is the definition of an M22 connector so a description is not needed.
