The box was shipped wrapped in plastic. The diagram for assembly is clear. Both the box and the top are assembled in the same basic steps. The top fits snugly onto the box. The diagrams on the bottom of the box show that four can fit under a queen size bed and three under a twin-size bed. I thought that was nice information. I could use up to seven of these boxes. The following part of this review is based on the bed frame I have, and may not apply to other bed frames. I didn't think the problem I had was significant enough to lower the number of stars or the recommendation. When I put the box under the queen size bed as shown on the box, it hit the lateral part of the frame supporting the wheels. I tried sliding it under with the length of the box perpendicular to the length of the bed. In that position it hit the center support of the frame and would not slide all the way under the bed. The box is 6 ¼” tall, and unfortunately, only two boxes will fit under our queen size bed. The number of boxes that fit depends on the structure of the frame under the bed. Perhaps a floor protector under the wheels would raise the frame enough to slide the boxes under. I could cut about ½” off the top of the box and get four boxes under the queen size bed. Three boxes would fit with room to spare under the twin bed we have. I use the box I have for storage of extra blankets.

This Pratt Specialities under bed storage box is a must for apartment or home owners! It’s 18inches long, 6 inches wide and 32 inches in deep. The size is perfect for putting under your bed and depending on the size of your bed you can put 2,3,or 4 under the bed. Assembly takes about 30 seconds! It is very durable and super sturdy. It you have very thick carpet it might be a snug fit. Love that the lid is hinged because it makes it even more convenient. We have a few of them for shoes, purses, or seasonal clothes! Even toys can be stored in them.

A great inexpensive solution for additional easy storage. This product is a strong collapsible cardboard box that takes about 10 minutes to build. I recommend using packaging tape to reinforce the self locking tabs. I also taped down the rear portion of the top to the bottom portion of the box so it would not pop off when sliding it in and out from under the bed. I can see a bunch of uses for this box. i.e. RVs, travel vans, top selves. Highly recommended

My wife loves the cardboard box she can put some stuff in it and put it under her bed,It was so easy to put together and for her it will come in handy.I thought it was going to be plastic but I was wrong and that is ok.I told her to put paperwork in it or some clothes but i will let her decide .She told me she wants a couple more so I will try and get her some more of them boxes

My wife came home with this flat box and I said we need to organized better. After I saw what she did to put bed sheets in the box, I thought of some other ideas. The box is sturdy enough to hold item that take up room on shelves. These sheets go to that bed so no hunting for the right set when changing the sheets. We're going to show them to kids so they can get our precious grand kids to learn how to organize.

We were looking for something to put under our bed to store items in during their off season. This box was designed perfectly for that. Assembly only took about 2 minutes to fold the pieces of the top and bottom together. On the box itself it describes how many of each boxes you would need based on the size of your bed from a twin (2 boxes) to a king size (6 boxes). Since the top is hinged you don't have to pull it all the way out from under the bed to see what is in it.

Nice, sturdy box well-designed to fit 3 under a twin, 4 for queen and 6 for king beds! 7 inch tall box with top assemble quickly without needing tape. The finished height is 7 inches, which works very well for my Serta iComfort adjustable bed (8 inches under mine), allowing a little over-stuffing of these boxes. These are handy, well-sized, and the added bonus is that it stops my floor-cleaning robot from going under the bed! My “good” rating for quality is because it’s just simply cardboard. That keeps the cost low, and I’m still very happy with the box.

There is enough room under a queen size bed to store four of these boxes this size. It is very easy to put together, it's kind of like folding a pizza box together. once its together its pretty sturdy. The lid is notched and creased to allow the lid to be opened from either end or take the whole lid off. The instructions are printed on the bottom of the box. Nothing fancy but it does the trick to store items out of site.
