Can you put this out in the winter time to kill Burrweed?

How can it do Pre emergent, Weed Kill, and fertilize in one spread? Pre emergent and fertilize I understand. But doesn't established weed kill need a second spread? Any CUSTOMERS care to comment on its effectiveness?
Hi there! Our product is formulated different than others on the market due to the active ingredients used. This product will prevent crabgrass and other grassy weeds, fertilize, and kill actively growing label listed broadleaf weeds all at the same time. Our pre-emergent herbicide has slight post-emergent properties so it will kill any small crabgrass up to 4 tillers and small seedlings of the grassy weeds listed if germinated.
