The right front burner only burns at maximum heat regardless...
The right front burner only burns at maximum heat regardless of where the dial is set. All other features operate correctly. Problem is how to get it fixed without having to ship it back.

I lam very pleased with this electric range. I bought it to replace the exact same model i had purchased 10 years ago. The spring mechanism on the old range broke and the over door could no longer be opened. They have made some good improvements in the past 10 years, from the burner coils, to the clock, to the mechanism for opening the over door.
The only disappointment was delivery. I live in Manhattan in a high rise apartment building. The delivery company did not call beforehand to let me know when it would be delivered..

I love the range, my issue is with the delivery....
I love the range, my issue is with the delivery. You can't deliver to store so I paid $75. I was not given a choice of delivery times and they would not even bring it in the doorway because that cost extra. They left it parked just outside my front door blocking the entry.

Ordering process needs to say ELECTRIC CORD NOT INCLUDED Oven light don't work oven door handle loose and had sharp metal edges on right corner and all knobs were covered with black fingerprints not sure oven temp is accurate
