Call your local HD and ask !!
No. Just good for burning in a pellet stove or cat liter if you're in a pinch.
Download the home depot app and check your local store. I'm in Maine and use their all the time. It works very well.
If you get the Heaters brand they are junk. They burn very dirty and leave so much ash I have had to dump my burn pot after 2 hours because it filled up. The pellets are tiny dark dirty bits and not actual pellets like the advertised picture shows.
I have never ordered them on line but when I checked the website it says they can be delivered. I would assume they can be ordered on line and either picked up or delivered. Hope this helps.
Call the store you but them from
Talk to customer service in your store to see if has been ordered and when it'll be delivered.
I can't answer as to why Home Depot changed their brand of pellets. If you have a problem try to contact Home Depot customer service and let them know you have a problem with the pellets. I'm sure they would like to know. They are very helpful and I'm sure they can help you.
If you get the Heaters brand I would say they are low BTU and very high ash. They are junk pellets that should not be sold. They do not look like the picture of the pellets on HD website. What you actually get is a bag of dark tiny little bits with lots of saw dust. They clog up your pellet stove and make it so you have to dump your burn pot every few hours because there is so much ash it will smother the fire out.
No its a lie. I thought I was ordering Green Supreme. What actually arrived on the truck was Heaters which are junk. Very dirty pellets that are tiny dark pieces and nothing like the pellets in the picture.
