We used this stone outside for the lower 3 feet of our house below the siding. We’d never done anything like this before, but are handy with every other part of the project, so found it pretty easy to learn mortaring by reading the instructions on the mortar. (Based on the recommendation of a guy at the local hardware store, we used type S.) I would give it a 5 for looks. The pictures in the description can’t really convey how beautiful the granite looks, in the light especially. The natural exposed cuts are gorgeous. Our project isn’t even finished, and we’re already getting tons of compliments. The cons are: first, and most obviously, you shouldn’t mortar anything when it’s cold. Where we live, I think we’ve done all we can for the year. Second, the panels and even the individual stones are very prone to breakage with how thin they are. Order PLENTY of extra! All things considered, I would still suggest this product. Depending on how much left over we have, we may do projects inside too.

Covered our 30 year old brick fireplace with this product. Love the updated fresh look. We hired a tile person to put it on. I watched and it seemed to go on easily. The corner pieces giving the edges a nice look.

Excellent product. Very easy to install.
I used the Golden Honey Veneer to finish an outdoor kitchen with attached bar. The stone is very easy to use with simple directions. Other than basic tools the only other item I needed was a wet saw. Goes up fast and easy with just thin set. About to start another project with the same material - the exterior of a linear fire pit. Highly recommended.

Looks beautiful but was expensive. Many stones came broken (not Prestige fault). The corners needed a lot of grout to make it look nice. MTI makes the same stuff also called Sierra blue. You can't tell the difference.
