Stretch that quart of paint.
When I know I'm going to use a quart of paint, but not all at once, I stir the quart really well and the fill the Preval jars to the top. I then store the jars upside down. It keeps the paint fresh a lot longer and I don't end up through as much paint out. When I finish one jar, I just grab another. If I don't use a full jar, I store it upside down and it doesn't form a skin on top. The jars are reusable if you clean them when empty. Win-win.

Was expecting that the mouth on these jars would fit on Preval sprayer, but no. Different size from the sprayer I purchased. Could be my fault for not reading fine print, or maybe combatibilities could be communicated better on the product page. So I guess they are just mixing jars as far as tangible use for me is concerned.

These things work great. Well worth the cost . They...
These things work great. Well worth the cost . They turn any custom mixed paint into a “ spray can”.They used to be available at a bunch of places. I don’t understand why they are getting hard to find. Nonetheless, they are still available thru special order thru Home Depot.
