A: Hi Kathy, The screws are M6X85mm. If you send an email to email@example.com, we can get a replacement screw sent out to you!
A: Hi Monk, Thank you for reaching out. I apologize that the package was mishandled by the carrier, resulting in such damage. We are working with them and have since made an effort to reinforce all 4-arm tree packaging sent out to avoid this issue in the future. These 4-arm trees are a well-made product that we have been selling for 15 years. If the 4-arm tree was assembled correctly, there should have been no issues with it falling over. I would advise putting at least 2 baskets on opposite arms if you are having issues with the 4-arm tree staying balanced.
A: We have two of them. As long as you have plants hanging from all four sides you do not have to be concerned about moving it for storms and rain. It stays put.
A: Hi Riggie, I have spoken to quite a few customers who told me about how this hanging basket tree has lasted through big storms they have experienced. I would recommend making sure the weight is evenly distributed on the 4 arms to increase sturdiness. Thanks!
A: Been using it quite a few years now. Still going strong and I've never brought it in. But it will tip if you take one basket down on its own. I keep my bags of earth on its feet.
A: Liked it so much I now have two. Sturdy and well footed. Suggest using the same size baskets on each arm to evenly distribute the weight.
A: The height of the hook on the lower arm is 40 inches,
A: The bottom of the lowest arm's hook is 40" from the floor.
A: The part of the arm where you hang the plant is 39.5 inches from the ground.
A: From lowest to highest: 39.5 in. 46.0 in. 52.5 in. 57.0 in.
A: The lowest arm is 3 ft from the ground at the point of where you hang the plant.
