Best product I ever ordered from Home Depot!!!
The frame was good, the cushion was not. Pictures attached, use your imagination as to what could have happened. It seems the warranty from manufacturer is non existent, no return email on request.
As for the product information that can be shared, the minimum height is 51 inches to the bottom of the cushion, 72 inches to the bottom of the cushion fully extended, folds flat for storage by removing three pins and folding, Sturdy to use, worked well on my F250 non lifted truck in the minimum position. (Used it after attempt to get a warranty replacement on the cushion, simply slipped a shirt over the cushion to keep from tearing further.) The cushion is hollow, sinks pretty easy. I added foam to the interior to make it more comfortable and not sink so far. Unit is too heavy to return to Home Depot because of the minor blemish. (See pictures, you be the judge.)
Recommendation: View it at the store before you take it home, the manufacturer cannot be reached.

Good vale for the money. Sturdy enough to handle my considerable weight. I added some cheap foam pipe insulation to the step/bar that "might" scratch my fender if I got careless. No worries now. If you spend time inside your diesel engine compartment I would say this is a back saver.

The creeper came 3 days earlier than website estimated. The box had a hole in it but all the parts were there because they were in a plastic bag that kept them from falling out the hole. The creeper went together well except for one hole that had to be reamed with a drill because of misalignment.
