left and right 70 degrees best guess; up and down I think it said 15 degrees
When you pull it straight out... it's right about 18" from the wall. Obviously if you're going to angle it to the right or left, it won't go as far though. If you keep one side of the TV "against" the wall and just pull the other side of the TV out to "angle" it, then that one side only extends about 9" out.
all the different spacers are to make it so you can tighten down the screws WITHOUT damaging the TV. I had to use 2 washers to the screws in the bracket were snug.

Depends on the weight. I wouldn't recommend this mount for a TV over 60lbs based on my experience.
