These ProHT by Inland 60w LED 4-pack replacement bulbs are about the size of a regular incandescent light bulb. They are non-dimmable. They have a brightness of 600 lumens at 2700K putting them at the warm side of the scale. They won't light an entire room but work well in lamps. We replaced an incandescent bulb in a lamp we have in the dinning room that we use at night when we don't want the big chandelier on. This LED bulb has a very nice warm color to it. The LED bulb industry has made great strides in making the color of these bulbs much more acceptable to the eye. The thing I really like about these LED bulbs is the fact that they only use $0.90 in electricity per year and...I won't be changing them again for almost 30 years.

These four-pack box of LED light bulbs are useful for many applications. They are not for dimmers, and the package does not state that they are suitable for damp locations. The bulbs are Soft White, and the brightness is 600 lumens with just 8 watts of energy use. The light output is equivalent to a 40 watts incandescent bulbs. These regular size bulbs, about 4.25 inches, so they will fit most fixtures. The size is just like a regular incandescent bulb and not as bulky as an ordinary CFL bulb. They are packaged individually with their box and plastic holder, very well protected. They don’t produce a lot of heat. The bulbs are well made and will last for many years.

I have been replacing all of the incandescent lights in my house and decided on the ProHT 40 and 60-Watt Equivalent A19 Non-Dimmable Light Bulbs. Unlike most LED lights, these do do not have the noticeable lag time for the light to turn on, which is common with most LED Lights. These perform as good as incandescent lights, and the soft white color provides excellent quality. Although not dimmable, they should provide 13 plus years of maintenance free use. Highly recommended!!

Great value and great color. At 2700K, we are in the warmest side of the color band of LEDs on the market. That's a much more attractive light that many LEDs who are just way too white-bright. Yes, there is a whole part of the bulb which is covered in plastic and hence, not super attractive (same on most other entry-level E26 LEDs.) Price is competitive as well.

Long-term review from a paying customer: These tend to fail due to age, even with light use. (No pun intended.) I paid good money from Home Depot for these bulbs. My review is be based on personal LONG-TERM experience with this product. I am NOT a "Seed(tm) Member", and unfortunately my one review won't counter the numerous positive reviews that you'll read from those that received the product for free. Mine are 2700K bulbs which apparently have been replaced by this 3000K product, but seem to be identical except for the light color. That being said, exactly two years + 1 month after purchasing ProHT 60W-equivalent light bulbs, all four of them are non-functional. I used them only in indoor table and floor lamps, so they were not exposed to harsh conditions. They were not used in full-enclosed luminaires. Just regular lamps, replacing incandescent bulbs. And there is the issue with LEDs. An LED bulb is supposed to last nearly forever, right? Well, the actual LEDs usually DO last a long time. But the whole rest of the bulb is part of the equation, and the control circuitry in cheap bulbs is usually just that--cheap. Meaning unreliable and having a short lifetime. My bulbs showed a manufacture date of 2015-10, so if we assume the "10" means October (it could be 10th week but I don't have other bulbs to check), that would put it right in line with my purchase in April 2016. I didn't even install them all at once, so some of them have only had a 1-year or so life, and only being used fewer than 2-3 hours a day. When the first one died, I had considered getting warranty replacements--there is a 3-year warranty. But the warranty terms require sending the bulbs to Inland prepaid. There is no address anywhere in the packaging that I could find, just send them prepaid to Inland, with no indication that I will receive anything but another cheap bulb in return. After all of that, this is why I recommend going with a name brand bulb. You may pay a little more, but you'll probably get more life out of them. Similar, older Philips and Cree bulbs I previously purchased are still going strong in harsher environments, with the Crees actually being used outdoors in sealed luminaires, both in dawn-til-dusk and motion-detector applications. I think the Cree bulbs cost me about twice as much per bulb, but I am getting more than double the life and a lot of time saved not having to change bulbs in hard-to-reach places. I tried to save money, and I ended up wasting it. For many years I tried to save money on then-expensive LEDs, and ended up having high failure rates. I figured things had to have changed by now, but it seems cheap bulbs are still cheap and unreliable.

Convenient energy savings, great for lamps or hallways. These 40 Watt equivalent LED bulbs provide a soft, easy glow that I enjoy in my bedside lamp, or in areas where a 60 Watt equivalent is too much. For example, hallways or closets, where I don’t want it too bright. In the photo, I compare one of these LED bulbs to.a 60 Watt regular incandescent bulb advertised to be subdued and natural . Certainly, there’s a brightness difference between a 40W and 60W, but you can also see a color difference. I feel the LED bulb is better in my bedside lamp because it’s plenty to read by, but subdued so that I start to relax and get ready to fall asleep. The fact that it uses only 17% of a 40 W bulb’s electricity and puts out less heat is a fantastic plus as well. If I’m replacing a 60W bulb, it’s only 11% of the electricity. The bulbs seem high quality and well made after using them for a month. Note that these are non-dimmable if that’s a thing for your lamps.

This ProHT non dimmable LED replacement bulb is just right for my lighting needs around the house. 600 lumens for brightness and soft white lighting for a more warmer tone. Energy effecient (uses only 8w) and long lasting (30k lifetime hours) which equates to about 3.5 yrs if my math is correct. Of course it all depends on how much usage is applied to each bulb but definitely nice to know I don't have to replace as often as I use to with the older filament bulbs. Cost effective in the long run and conserves energy.

Very nice LED light bulbs. I like that they are medium sized which allows them to fit into my older fixtures with covers. The lights are on immediately with no delay. Give a very nice warm light with good light dispersion. They are non-dimmable but great for most other applications. The multipack makes these a good option for light bulbs at this price point. Very happy with these bulbs and plan to buy more for around my home.
