Works well, except that despite nailing every 4 inches, small gaps remained between top of seal and bottom of garage door. Used silicone to fill the gaps and prevent water from collecting between seal and bottom of wood door.

It was pretty easy to attach, and it seals well....
It was pretty easy to attach, and it seals well. I used my pneumatic staple gun to attach instead of the included roofing nails.

This is a very sturdy seal however now our garage door is difficult to lock; takes real effort to push it down far enough to engage bolt. Hopefully it will become easier over time.

The seal is not smooth from end to end....sort of...
The seal is not smooth from end to end....sort of ruffle in the middle. I had a handyman installing it and he didn’t question it or bring it to my attention. Had I been aware prior to installation I would have exchanged it. The old seal he removed fit much better.
