I had to install new steps into my pole shed and didn’t want to mess around with cutting my own stringers. I did have to pick through a number of stringers to find 3 good ones but the ones I picked out were really good. I want quality wood and precisely cut stringers to avoid problems assembling and holding up.

          Cut by 5 year olds
I bought these for the convenience of not cutting my own. I quickly realized it was a mistake. Once I started building the steps I saw that the measurements of each didnt match with the next. I had to notch my riser because the center stringer was a quarter inch wider than the other two.

These were a whole lot easier to use than having to make stringers on my own. These saved me probably an hour or more.
