Terrible instructions
Zooming in on the photo above is better than the instructions that come with the item. Overall a good product but building an ikea dresser takes less time. I did install two units.

The instructions for putting the frame together are totally lacking.
Others have commented on the inadequacy of the instructions so I was forewarned. They were correct, they were bad. If they would have taken pictures that were clearer and shown them in the instructions that would have made it tolerable . I was able to figure it out and the frame works as I expected. It would hold 5 tires if they were a little narrower but I only had 4 so there is extra room. I think this frame will hold up very well.

Sturdy but Poor Instructions
Instructions are not very clear to follow. Placing the rear crossbar at the correct location for your tire size pretty much requires placing a wheel into the rack after it’s mounted on wall then determine the fit. Solid rack once installed and works well, but requires some trial and error during assembly.

The directions were very bad. The images were of such low quality it was impossible to discern. Once assembled it is a fine tire rack.

The rack was easy to put together and the hardware...
The rack was easy to put together and the hardware and wall anchors are of good quality. I had it together and installed in my garage (with the tires stored on it) in about an hour. The structural frame is of good to mid-range quality, and I’m confident that it will hold up over the years.

Instruction manual requires a rewrite so you're not muddling your way through the assembly process. Yes, you'll figure it out after looking at online pictures of an assembled unit to verify how the parts fit together. It's solid, though some of the bolts were hard to fully tighten with a ratchet set on account of the snug space available to hold the nut in place while ratcheting the bolts. Once together and wall mounted it was solid and very practical. I'd recommend it.
