A:  You can trim the width of the slat wall pieces with a jig saw, circular saw, or miter saw to accommodate your space. Remember that you have to start and end on a stud (16” space between studs). In terms of the vertical height you can stack as many pieces as you need for the height of your space. You can’t trim the pieces vertically. There’s 10 pieces in each box.

A:  I use a Ridgid Multitool and a sharpie to mark my lines. They don't 100% have to be perfect since it can be pictureframed with the L and H trims

A:  Hi there, thank you for your question. We recommend using a circular saw with a finishing blade. You can cut the Slatwall vertically and horizontally. One thing to keep in mind with horizontal cuts would be that you should always cut the bottom panel at the bottom portion. This way you can continue to interlock your panels and continue the installation. If ever you have more questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you!

A:  I guess yes, seems most slat walls have same cut out / groove dimension.

A:  I have the same thing in my garage. If it has to be secured with an additional screw at the bottom it may not fit. However, these baskets seemed to do fine for me.

A:  Hi Andrew- If it's 3" on center channel slatwall, then the answer is probably not, unfortunately. If you would like to send an email to sales@proslat.com, we'll happily send you a sample hook to try, though. Proslat hooks & accessories have a deeper & more angled return on the hook channel and will usually break the MDF slatwall if you force it in. Proslat hooks are engineered for maximum load bearing capacity on our slatwall.

A:  I purchased the Pro-Slat wall boards for use with the shelves and baskets. I don't think they can be used flush against the wall because they have tabs that fit into the pro slat shelves.

A:  Flush against a slatwall yes.

A:  If you're crafty - yes, but it would not be ideal.

A:  These baskets are designed for a slatwall system, specially Proslat. They would not be recommended for other types of installation.

A:  Yes, they fit very nicely on the pro-slat wall boards
