Pulsar 5,250/4,250-Watt Dual Fuel Gasoline/Propane Powered Recoil Start Portable Generator with 224 cc Ducar Engine is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 41.

I called a local small engine guy and he told me that the sensor was stuck and to unhook it and the generator should crank and run fine. After getting the unit warm he advised to hook the low oil sensor back up and that should fix my problem. I did as he said and sure enough the problem was solved.
