i own 2 of these. i just bought them in March and they both will fire up nice and then shut off a...

i own 2 of these. i just bought them in March and they both will fire up nice and then shut off after about a min or two loaded or not???? where do i take them for repairs or what am i doing wrong? i put in the ammount of oil the book said and the 2nd one i put in a bit more to see if it was low oil shutdown. Thanks, mms
