I use the 1/4 inch spacers because I use the larger tiles (18 inch). The 1/4 spacers are more appropriate for the larger tiles
I would not recommend this for vinyl tiles. This product can be used with ceramic, porcelain and or natural stone tiles.
You will need 26 spacers for each square yard (9 tiles)
Not the thickness as wide
1156 sq ft is 1156 12x12 tiles. However as implied earlier, depending on your speed setting the tiles you may get away with one bag. And laying floor tiles you may be able to remove earlier than with wall tile. And mastic, thin set, and epoxy based mortars all set and dry at different speeds. 4 spacers for each of 1100 tiles is 4400. But you won't likely truly need that many. On a big floor job you may not want to walk out on it to remove spacers even if the tile is 'set'. "Depends" is the best answer, but here are your factors to consider. (You want 2 on each edge of each tile; 8 spacers touch each tile, but half of those count against the adjoining tiles).
Hi the length of each arm is 1/4" thank you
I use a small wire brush to scrub them after soaking them over night.
