The portion of the brush which has bristled measures 19”; include the rubber coated tip, and you get 19 1/2”; include all of that and the handle, and it is 26 1/2”.

Can this brush be used to clean a cool traditional radiatoro?

I do not see why not. The bristles are flexible and not stiff. I found the brush easy to clean afterwards.

What is the diameter of the bristle brush?

1 inch to 3 inches does squeeze into small areas nicely

What's the diameter of the core? Wanted to make sure it is able to fit in the gaps between coils.

3/8 inches just to be "safe"

Since the bristles are flexible and on the soft side, I think you definitely could. It is easy to clean afterwards too.

(What's this)
My older refrigerators had coils on the back or bottom of the refrigerator. This brush comes straight and would do a good job of getting to those coils. However, my current GE refrigerator has its coils in a cylinder on the back. An access panel has to be removed to get to the coils. A vacuum cleaner does a good job of cleaning the coils facing you, but can't get to the back of the coils (there's not much clearance). Fortunately this brush can be bent into a curved shape, and is stiff enough to hold that shape while getting to the back of the coil. I would hardly call this ideal or easy, but it did work, and so far my internet searches have not turned up any better tool design for cleaning the back of coils like this. I did find the rubber handle on this brush to be more comfortable than the wood handle I've had on some past brushes. I will mention that my coils very definitely needed cleaning, so if you have ignored your coils for a while, it would be a good idea to check them out.

Used to clean refrigerator coils. Worked perfectly. Keep a vacuum nearby to also suck up all the extra dust off the coils and off the brush.
