I used Swiffer prior to purchasing this dust mop. Swiffer gets dirty and you throw it away. It doesn't take long for it to get so dirty that it won't pick up any more dust. With the Quickie dust mop you can clean an entire room, go outside and shake it out and move to the next room. I also like the fact that these can be laundered and reused.

The mophead has changed since the previous one I bought...
The mophead has changed since the previous one I bought 8-10 years ago. The old style was all green fingers, no flat pad in center. I prefer the old style. This one sticks to the floor and takes more strength to push and pull across the floor. I will be looking for the old style mophead. Home Depot service on the order was excellent and fast!
